Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Swypi is a platform where creators share their work and connect with others. These guidelines help ensure Swypi remains a safe, welcoming, and creative space for everyone.
What's encouraged
- Original creative content: share your own artwork, videos, and creations.
- Positive engagement: support fellow creators with likes, comments, and follows.
- Constructive feedback: offer helpful, respectful critiques when appropriate.
- Collaboration: work with other creators and give credit where it's due.
- Authenticity: be genuine and honest about your creative process.
Prohibited content
Zero tolerance: child safety violations result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

Dangerous & illegal activities

- Claiming others' work as your own.
Monetization fraud & abuse
Swypi has a real economy (coins, diamonds, gifts, creator withdrawals). Abusing it is prohibited:
- Self-gifting through alternate accounts or coordinated-gifting rings to extract payouts.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or residency during Stripe Connect onboarding.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods to purchase coins.
- Soliciting gifts in exchange for off-platform conduct (sexually explicit material, harassment-for-hire, illegal goods).
- Selling, trading, or transferring an account that holds a coin or diamond balance.
- Engagement-baiting on Sealed Posts with deceptive unlock promises (e.g., implying a nudity reveal, then unlocking unrelated content).
- Soliciting tips or gifts under false charitable pretenses.
Live stream & Watch Together abuse
- Broadcasting prohibited content live — the live label does not change what is allowed.
- Using a live stream to circumvent post-moderation.
- Co-hosting with accounts you know to be in violation of these guidelines.
- Hijacking a Watch Together party to share content the host did not authorize.
- Using Watch Together chat to harass viewers.
Sensitive content
Some content is appropriate for adults but not for all audiences. If your content fits, you must mark it with the Sensitive Content toggle in the composer and select the most accurate category:
- Nudity — artistic nudity, partial nudity, or any depiction of human bodies that some viewers may want to opt out of. (Sexually explicit content is never permitted, regardless of category.)
- Violence — depictions of injury, conflict, or aggression that are non-gratuitous but may distress viewers. (Glorified or graphic real-world violence remains prohibited.)
- Disturbing — content that is unsettling but not violent (for example, body horror in art, intense psychological themes).
- Other — use only when none of the above fits.
Failing to mark sensitive content, mis-categorizing it, or over-labeling non-sensitive content to game the algorithm are all violations.
Post visibility
Every post has a visibility setting (Public, Followers, or Private) that determines who can see it. Visibility is enforced server-side; "Private" posts are not visible to anyone except you, even via direct link. Visibility settings do not exempt content from these guidelines — any post, including a Private one, may be reviewed if it is reported by an authorized party.
Enforcement
We review reported content and take action based on the severity of the violation:
- Warning: first-time minor violations may receive a warning.
- Content removal: violating content will be removed.
- Temporary suspension: repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension.
- Permanent ban: severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination.
Reporting
If you see content that violates these guidelines:
- Use the report button on any post or profile.
- Email us at safety@swypi.app.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed in error or your account was wrongly suspended, you can appeal by contacting appeals@swypi.app.
Updates
We may update these guidelines as our community grows. We'll notify users of significant changes.
